Female breast cancer patient views on donating biologic samples for genetic research surveyed

The views of female breast cancer patients on the usage and storage of their donated biologic samples for genetic research were surveyed. According to a study from the United States, "Although social and ethical issues related to the storage and use of biologic specimens for genetic research have been discussed extensively in the medical literature, few empiric data exist describing patients' views.
