Interleukin Genetics reports on annual stockholder meeting and announces new director

Interleukin Genetics (ILI) reported results of its annual meeting of stockholders and the appointment of a new member to the company's board of directors. During its annual meeting, stockholders of the company ratified the election of Grant Thornton, LLP, as the company's auditors. Additionally, Interleukin announced that Dianne E. Bennett was appointed as a member of the board of directors of Interleukin and will serve on the audit, compensation, and nominating committees of the board of directors. Bennett succeeds William J.
