Renal cell carcinoma cytotoxicity enhanced by histone deacetylase inhibitors

Recent research from the United States has documented the enhancement of Ad5- tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family member TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) cytotoxicity against renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with histone deacetylase inhibitors. "RCC will cause greater than 12,000 deaths in the United States this year.
