Findings from Kettering University Provide New Insights into Ocular Albinism

2011 MAR 4 -- New investigation results, 'Genotype-phenotype associations and human eye color,' are detailed in a study published in Journal of Human Genetics. According to a study from the United States, "Although eye color is usually modeled as a simple, Mendelian trait, further research and observation has indicated that eye color does not follow the classical paths of inheritance. Eye color phenotypes demonstrate both epistasis and incomplete dominance."
