Bruker BioSciences Corporation (BRKR) announced that William J. Knight has been appointed as its new chief financial officer, effective as of October 25, 2004, and based in Massachusetts.

Knight has 8 years of experience as a chief financial officer in the biotechnology and medical device industries, and nearly 30 years of experience in senior financial management and public accounting, including 16 years with international manufacturers of scientific instruments.
