Health foundation, The California Endowment, opens Center for Healthy Communities

The center, a new program of the endowment, is a conference and resource venue created to mobilize community and civic leaders, health providers, advocates and policymakers from throughout the state looking to address California's critical health and healthcare issues. The center is a part of The California Endowment's new multipurpose facility in downtown Los Angeles, which also houses its administrative and the Greater Los Angeles regional program offices.
