Crucell announces net loss of EUR 21.7 million in third quarter

Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (CRXL; CRX) announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2006 ended September 30, 2006, based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Combined total revenues and other operating income for the third quarter was EUR 28.4 million. Gross operating margin for the third quarter was EUR 8.3 million. Net loss for the third quarter amounted to EUR 21.7 million. Combined total revenues and other operating income for the nine months ended September 30, 2006 were EUR 64.5 million.
