(NASDAQ: ACUS) announced that it is scheduled to present at the Susquehanna Financial Group sponsored first annual Significant Investment Options in Healthcare conference on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference is being held at the Omni Berkshire Place in New York City. Presenting for the Company will be John F. Thero, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

A webcast of the Company's presentation will be available both live and on a recorded basis via a link provided at the company's website www.acusphere.com on the Investor Relations page. The recording will be available through March 15, 2007.
