Concentra Operating Corporation Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results

Concentra Operating Corporation ("Concentra" or the "Company") announced results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. The Company reported consolidated Adjusted Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortization ("Adjusted EBITDA") of $28,620,000 for the quarter compared with $34,160,000 reported during the same period in 2005. The Company's results for the quarter included $12,377,000 in expenses associated with the previously announced settlement of a class action lawsuit in Louisiana.
