Adaptis Announces Operations Center Promotions, New Openings

Adaptis, a leading provider of Business Process Integration solutions for health payors, announced two supervisory promotions at its Yakima, WA-based operations center and multiple new open positions at the same facility. Adaptis opened its Yakima operations center in 2004 to provide healthcare payors with onshore business process outsourcing (BPO), which enables economies of scale by removing the burden of routine administrative processes such as claims management, capitation processing and reporting.
