Thermage, Inc. Nominates Two New Directors to Its Board

Thermage, Inc. (NASDAQ:THRM), a leader in non-invasive tissue tightening in the aesthetic industry, announced the nomination of Cathy McCarthy, 59, President and Chief Operating Officer of SM&A, and Marti Morfitt, 49, former President and Chief Executive Officer of CNS, Inc., for election to its Board of Directors at the 2007 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. Assuming their election, the Company would expect Ms. McCarthy to serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees and Ms. Morfitt to serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. McCarthy and Ms. Morfitt will fill vacancies left by Bob Byrnes and Sam Colella, respectively.
