Army Expands Medical and Dental School Scholarship Benefits

As students return to school this fall, they face exciting and challenging new course work that for some will lead to a career in medicine.

The Army's F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) can help students achieve their goals by providing the funds needed to continue their education to medical, dental or veterinarian school.

Under the program, the Army provides HPSP students the full cost of tuition, school related fees and books, and a stipend of, now, more than $1,600 per month.
