Alzheimer's Foundation Offers Grant for Innovative Service

As demand increases nationwide for support services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and their families, the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) announced that it will be accepting applications for a $30,000 grant to support an innovative program or service that improves the lives of those affected by the brain disorder. This marks the fourth consecutive year that AFA will award The Brodsky Grant, in honor of AFA's chairman, Bert Brodsky, and his wife, Muriel, for their generosity and outstanding commitment to helping others.
