Arcapita to Sell TLC Health Care Services, Inc. for $395 Million

Arcapita Inc., a leading private equity investment firm based in Atlanta, announced that it and its affiliates have agreed to sell TLC Health Care Services, Inc. to Amedisys, Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ:AMED), for an enterprise value of $395 million. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Lake Success, New York, TLC is the largest privately-held home healthcare provider in the United States, with 92 home health and 11 hospice agencies located in 22 states and the District of Columbia.
