AmerisourceBergen Re-Elects Three Board Members at Annual Meeting of Stockholders

At the AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) annual meeting of stockholders, held today in Philadelphia, Company stockholders re-elected three directors: Charles H. Cotros, Jane E. Henney, M.D., and R. David Yost. Stockholders also ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2008. In addition, Rodney H. Brady, 75, retired from the Board of Directors, having been a member of the Board since AmerisourceBergen's inception almost seven years ago and having previously served on the Bergen Brunswig Board of Directors since 1973.
