Smith & Nephew, Inc. (NYSE:SNN) Orthopaedic Reconstruction business announced the global launch of the R3(TM) Acetabular System, an advanced multi-bearing acetabular cup system used in total hip replacement procedures. The announcement was made during the 75th annual American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the largest orthopaedic congress in the world, in San Francisco.
