Antares Pharma Reports Fourth Quarter and Year End 2007 Financial and Operating Results

Antares Pharma, Inc. (Amex:AIS) reported financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007 and outlined key objectives for 2008. Total revenues increased to $7.9 million for 2007, an increase of 84% over 2006. Net cash used in operations for 2007 was $5.4 million, compared to $6.1 million in 2006. At December 31, 2007, Antares had approximately $26.1 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. For the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company reported a net loss applicable to common shares of $8.6 million, or $0.14 per share, compared to a net loss applicable to common shares of $8.2 million, or $0.16 per share, for 2006....
