AECOM Completes Acquisition of Boyle Engineering

AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM), a leading provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Boyle Engineering, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based engineering firm that specializes in the water sector, including drinking water, wastewater treatment and water-resource management. Boyle further strengthens AECOM's growing environmental practice, particularly in the water and wastewater markets.
