Alare Capital Securities, LLC, an investment bank and strategic advisory firm, recently announced the approval of its Broker-Dealer registration with FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The registration of Alare with FINRA creates new opportunities for Alare and its clients, and enables Alare to execute securities transactions without the support of an affiliated broker.
