Allion Healthcare Announces Annual Stockholders Meeting

Allion Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLI), announced that its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is expected to be held on June 24, 2008, at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time, at the Hilton Huntington, Executive Room 3, located at 598 Broadhollow Road, Melville, New York 11747. Stockholders of record as of April 25, 2008 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. The Company expects to mail a definitive proxy statement relating to the 2008 Annual Meeting on or after April 29, 2008 to the stockholders of record.
