Almost Family Announces Pricing of 2,250,000 Common Shares

Almost Family, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:AFAM) announced the pricing of 2,250,000 common shares at a public offering price of $17.75 per share. In connection with the public offering, the underwriter has been granted an option to purchase up to 337,500 additional common shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on April 16, 2008. The net proceeds from the public offering, after underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses, to the Company will be approximately $37,340,950.
