Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC is pleased to announce the execution of an Asset Purchase Agreement for Amneal's wholly-owned subsidiary, Amneal Pharmaceuticals of New York, LLC, to acquire the assets, facilities and business of Interpharm.
