Bio-Clean International, Inc. Sets Record Straight on Factually Incorrect Rumors on the Street

Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLN) today stated that various rumors about the Company, which are being circulated on the Internet and through e-mails, are totally unsubstantiated and incorrect. The Company has not effectuated any conversion of restricted stock into free-trading stock on behalf of any stockholder. In addition, the Company has not entered into, nor does it intend to enter into, any arrangement with anyone to provide for a Reg. D - 504 offering of its common stock in such a manner that the subject stock would be free of restrictions on trading. Any statements to the contrary are not true. We suggest that everyone do their own due-diligence.
