AcuNetx Announces Retirement of Chairman, Founder

AcuNetx Inc. (OTCBB:ANTX) announced that Charles E. Phillips, its Chairman, has retired from the Board of Directors for health reasons. The Board of Directors appointed Robert S. Corrigan, currently a member of the Board, as its new Chairman. On behalf of the Board, Mr. Corrigan thanked Mr. Phillips for his tenure as Chairman and wished him the best.
