1st Capital Bank (BULLETIN BOARD: FISB) announced the promotion of Marilyn Goode to Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer effective as of June 4, 2008. Prior to joining 1st Capital Bank, Ms. Goode served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer from 2002 to 2006 with Central California Bank, a $400 million community bank headquartered in Sonora, California, which was acquired in 2006 by Umpqua Bank where she held the title of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, until joining 1st Capital Bank in July 2007.
