Akrion Completes Sale of Verteq Component Line

Akrion, Inc. ("Akrion"), a supplier of advanced surface preparation equipment, announced that it has sold the Spin Rinser Dryer and Batch Megasonic product lines of the former Verteq, Inc. of Santa Ana, California. The aforementioned wet station component product lines have been sold to Marteq Process Solutions, Inc., of Irvine, California. Marteq Process Solutions, Inc. is comprised of engineering and manufacturing personnel who were previously associated with Verteq prior to the company's acquisition in 2004.
