Actelis Networks Newly Released ML650 for Mobile Backhaul Earns MEF 18 Certification

Actelis Networks(R) (Booth SL8916), the leading global supplier of Carrier Ethernet over Copper(TM) solutions, announced at NXTcomm08 that the company's new ML650 Ethernet Access Device (EAD) for mobile backhaul and PBX backhaul has been certified as fully compliant with the Metro Ethernet Forum's (MEF) Circuit Emulation Services over Ethernet (CESoETH) specification (MEF 8). CESoETH has been specified to enable the transport of synchronous TDM circuits (T1/E1s) over asynchronous carrier Ethernet networks.
