Akorn Enters into an Exclusive Contract Manufacturing Supply Agreement

Akorn, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKRX) a specialty pharmaceutical company and an undisclosed pharmaceutical firm, have entered into a ten year exclusive contract manufacturing supply agreement. Under the terms of the ten year agreement, Akorn will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of several injectable drug products. Akorn anticipates annual contract revenue from these products to be in the range of $4 million to $5 million, over the life of the supply agreement. Arthur S.
