AcuNetx Announces Change in Management Lineup

AcuNetx Inc. (OTCBB:ANTX) announced that it had accepted the resignation of Ronald A. Waldorf, President and CEO of the company. In a letter to the company's Board, Mr. Waldorf stated that "It is with a heavy heart that I tender my resignation, but my family needs me and I cannot, in all good conscience, ignore those nearest me. Nevertheless, I can be counted on to provide on-going guidance and counsel as a Board Member." Mr. Waldorf's position will be filled on an interim basis by Mr. Robert S. Corrigan, Chairman of AcuNetx's Board and a seasoned executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance and business development. ...
