Norton Healthcare Inc., the leading hospital and healthcare system in the Louisville, KY, area selected Aegis Health Group to design and implement a health-management program aimed at local employers. The program includes an on-site employer relations specialist responsible for developing partnerships with local employers to improve the health of their workforce. Employees at participating organizations complete personal health profiles about family history, lifestyle and current health.
