AFBA 5Star Funds Announce New Advisor Shares

The AFBA 5Star Funds have announced the creation of Advisor Shares, a no-load class designed to be used for fee-based accounts. Effective Monday, July 21, 2008, the current Class A Shares will be renamed Advisor Class Shares and will no longer be subject to a front-end sales charge. The current 12b-1 fee will remain on the Advisor Shares. "The share class adjustments follow a lengthy analysis of industry trends and the purchasing patterns of AFBA 5Star investors," said Robert E.
