Fund Merger Alert: AFBA 5Star Large Cap Growth Fund and AFBA 5Star Large Cap Fund Combine

AFBA 5Star Investment Management Company is pleased to announce that the AFBA 5Star Large Cap Growth Fund and the AFBA 5Star Large Cap Fund have merged effective August 4, 2008. The shareholders of AFBA 5Star Large Cap Fund overwhelmingly approved the combination into the AFBA 5Star Large Cap Growth Fund (AFUAX). "Both Funds were sub-advised by Marvin & Palmer, an institutionally-oriented growth specialist.
