AFA Welcomes Senate Confirmation of General Schwartz as Chief of Staff

The Air Force Association today voiced strong support for the leadership of General Norton Schwartz, who was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. In June, Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced the nominations of General Norton Schwartz to be Chief of Staff, and General Duncan McNabb as Commander, U.S. Transportation Command.
