Forterus, Inc. Completes Its Acquisition of a Better Tomorrow Treatment Center Inc. for $12.85 Million

Forterus, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: FTER) has completed its acquisition of A Better Tomorrow Treatment Center Inc., a fast growing Southern California-based drug, alcohol and gambling treatment center. Forterus acquired Murrieta-based A Better Tomorrow for a purchase price of $12.825 million. The purchase price was 2.85 times the Annual Gross Revenue of the clinic. Annual Gross Revenue is defined as total revenue for the preceding 12 months.
