Swank Energy Income Advisors, LP Files Amended Form 13F Report

On August 21, 2008, Swank Energy Income Advisors, LP ("SEIA"), the investment manager of The Cushing MLP Total Return Fund (NYSE:SRV) ("SRV") amended its report on Form 13F for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 (the "Amended Report"), which was originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on August 14, 2008 (the "Original Report"). SEIA filed the Amended Report to include shares of certain issuer securities that were omitted from the Original Report in error.
