Alpha Group announces regulatory approval of Alternative Trading System

Alpha Group announced that Alpha ATS L.P. (Alpha ATS) has received approval of its application for registration as an alternative trading system from the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and approval of its application for dealer and marketplace membership in the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). "Alpha's approval by the OSC and IIROC represents another important milestone in our journey towards launch," noted Jos Schmitt CEO of Alpha ATS.
