In Colorado, high quality of life is a core value for residents. For Latinos, who comprise 20 percent of the state's population, life-enriching opportunities abound. A number of organizations dedicate their mission to celebrating the Chicano culture, expanding educational opportunities for young people, and actively engaging Latinas in civic life.
