Aehr Test Systems Announces Follow-On WaferPak Contactor and Fox-1 System Upgrade Orders

Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, announced that it has received over $7 million in follow-on orders for WaferPak contactors and FOX-1 system upgrades from a leading manufacturer of semiconductor memory devices. The WaferPak contactors and system upgrades are scheduled to ship during the next six months.
