Pakistani TV Shown in Britain Promotes Hatred of Ahmadi Muslims

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK strongly condemns a recent broadcast also shown in Britain, within two days of which two members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community were killed in Pakistan. Popular Urdu TV channel GEO (Sky 815), watched by millions across the world, aired a controversial programme on 7 September in which a prominent Pakistani cleric stated that the Ahmadiyya Community's 19th century founder Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad should have deserved the death penalty for claiming to be a Prophet.
