Abraxas Corporation agrees to Acquire Edge Intelligence

Abraxas Corporation announces it has entered into an agreement in principle to purchase Edge Intelligence of San Diego, California and the establishment of a West Coast Abraxas Corporation R&D office to be known as Edge Research and Development. Edge Intelligence founder Teddy Lindsey will become Vice President of Research and Development and Director of Edge Research and Development. Edge R&D will bring emerging software and hardware technologies in the form of disruptive cyber solutions.
