Advanced Cancer Therapeutics, LLC (ACT) announced that James R. Ramsey, Ph.D. has joined its board of directors. A frequent national speaker and writer on economic issues, Dr. Ramsey is the president of the University of Louisville. "We are honored to have Dr. Ramsey join our board of directors," said Dale J.
