Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:AVOI) announced that private equity firm Lion Share Capital, LLC has committed to purchase 16,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock for $5 million. The investment by Lion Share Capital will be made in installments, commencing on November 9, 2008.
