David J. McGuire Joins Abt Associates as Division Vice President for International Health

Abt Associates announced that David J. McGuire has joined the company to lead its International Health Division focused on Commercial Alliances and Health Services Delivery. McGuire joins Abt Associates from the Academy for Educational Development (AED) where he most recently served as Vice President and Director of the Center for Private Sector Health Initiatives as well as NetMark Program Director. In this role he led over $100 million in projects implemented in ten countries as well as serving as the manager of the ten-year USAID-funded NetMark program to build a commercially viable market for insecticide-treated mosquito nets across sub-Saharan Africa.
