Alfacell Corporation (NASDAQ:ACEL) reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2008. The company recorded a net loss of approximately $2.9 million, or $0.06 per basic and diluted common share, for the fourth fiscal quarter ended July 31, compared to a net loss of approximately $2.4 million, or $0.05 per basic and diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007.
