Abt Associates announced that Kim Fletcher and Ron Davison, recognized experts in the area of emergency management planning and programs, have joined the company to lead its Global Emergency Management Services Practice. Fletcher, Vice President of Emergency Management and Homeland Security Programs, joined Abt Associates from Beck Disaster Recovery, Inc. (BDR) where she was Executive Vice President. Prior to that she was Vice President of Emergency Management and Homeland Security at SRA International.
