ADA Technologies Spins Off Distributed Sensor Division

ADA Technologies, Inc. (ADA) announced that it has completed the spin-off of its distributed sensor division to form a new company - Advanced Distributed Sensor Systems, Inc. (ADSS). ADSS develops, markets and manufactures a SensorPod(R) system that uses advanced sensor technologies and integrated communications to create a situational awareness network that has defense, homeland security, force protection and commercial applications. ADSS has been awarded more than $10 million in contracts in the past six months. The ADSS SensorPod system gathers and communicates vital data to help military and civilian customers make critical operational decisions....
