Aetna and Marshall Medical Center Announce Two-Year Contract Agreement

Aetna (NYSE: AET) and Marshall Medical Center announced they have reached a new contract agreement for the hospital and its affiliated physicians. Members of Aetna's PPO plans are now able to receive services on an in-network basis at Marshall Medical Center. The contract became effective June 1, 2008. "We are pleased to be able to offer our members in El Dorado County access to the health care services provided by Marshall Medical Center and its affiliated physicians," said Brendhan Green, network vice president for Aetna in Northern California.
