She will direct business development and lead efforts to define and refine services to align with critical client needs. Most recently, Ms. Narzem was chief operating officer of Richmond Title Services, Plano, Texas, and formerly, senior vice president, sales and marketing, for Fuel Rewards, Inc. in Dallas, Texas.
