(OTC Bulletin Board: ASFG) a major supplier of ERP supply chain management solutions to auto parts manufacturers, distributors, retailers and dealerships, announced that its registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-140758) was declared effective at 5:30 p.m. November 5, 2008 by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The registration statement was filed by Aftersoft in order to facilitate the distribution of 71,250,000 shares of its stock owned by Auto Data Network, Inc.
