Care Improvement Plus Recognized with Metropolitan Partnership in Aging Award

Care Improvement Plus announced that it has been recognized with an "Emerging Health Model Partner Award" from the Atlanta Metropolitan Partnership in Aging. The award was given to Care Improvement Plus for developing a series of health education focused events for senior residents in the Atlanta metro area in partnership with the Atlanta Area Agency on Aging Wellness Program and the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service.
